Shipping
Due to the nature of the product, we do not disclose shipping methods on this site. Additionally, we use different shipping methods depending on the country. For most European and American countries, it may take 5 to 8 business days from the time we hand over the package to the courier until you receive it - sometimes faster.
For some countries, such as Singapore and Germany, the courier may choose special shipping channels at their own discretion. After we hand over the package to them, the courier will provide us with a tracking URL and tracking number so you can check the status of your package. These special channels may take longer to deliver, but in most cases will not exceed 20 days.
For certain countries, tracking information is only updated after the package arrives in the destination country. In such cases, we will explain this to the buyer, but we will not address the same question more than three times. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping Cost
We have set a flat shipping fee of $15 on our website, but the amount we actually pay to the courier is far higher than that. Therefore, we cannot offer any additional discounts on the watches we sell.
If a buyer needs to send a watch back for repair, they must bear the round‑trip shipping costs as well as any customs duties and taxes.
Returns & Refunds
After receiving the package, please check promptly whether the watch is running properly. If there are no issues, we do not accept returns or refunds afterward.
If the watch you receive is not running, or the strap is broken, or the case has a defect, please contact us immediately. We will replace it with the same watch, but you must send the original watch back to us first.
If the watch is damaged due to improper use by the buyer, we do not accept returns or refunds. Improper use includes wearing the watch while bathing or swimming, as well as incorrectly adjusting the time and date.
**Please note:** Regardless of the reason you send the watch back (e.g., repair, replacement), any customs duties and taxes incurred shall be borne by the buyer.
